Plan: Comprehensive Launches
The Challenge
The client wanted to launch a brand new peripheral product into the consumer
space, but did not have marketing strategies and sales channels in place.
How We handl'd It
We developed the overall plan to launch the product and we followed through to
oversee its successful release. We concentrated on outbound activities, defining
the promotional strategy and collaborating with marketing communications, PR,
and outside ad agencies, as well as promoting the product to the media,
distributors, partners and customers. In addition, we worked with the sales
force to define and recruit new channel partners to carry the product. As a
result, the product received coverage in all the major industry pubs and could
be found at top stores throughout the world.
