How We handl'd It
We conducted the initial market research and developed a comprehensive ROI calculator to quantifiably demonstrate the value of the client’s software to prospective customers. To further support Sales, we delivered ROI usage guides, a simplified ROI tool, and a white paper that discussed the new technology. By using these tools, the client was able to support other initiatives, such as generating ROI customer case studies, as well as demonstrating cost justification to prospective customers.
