
With a background of fifteen years of experience in high-tech marketing, Heather Petersen works with leading product marketing and market research teams to ensure their products, solutions, and services offerings achieve maximum success. Having successfully led over a dozen product launches, Heather utilizes this rich experience --- with both the top names in high-tech and rising up-and-comers --- to help clients skillfully identify and integrate market needs into their offerings, positioning, and materials. Heather focuses on providing clients with deep and actionable insights so they have a clear path forward for their offerings.
Prior to founding handl Consulting in 2000, Heather held leadership positions at leading software companies, launched several award-winning products in the consumer and enterprise spaces, and founded an Internet start-up. Heather's experiences include serving as an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco, participating as a member of the Leader's Network with Women in Consulting, and mentoring women through the Association of Women MBAs. Heather Petersen holds an M.B.A. in High-Tech Marketing and Management, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
